I finally got the time to clean the carburetor. However it still won't start

the spark plug gets wet and there is a spark. And it didn't work with the car starter spray :-/ any ideas what else I can try?

Oh by the way. I'm not sure if its a PA50I or PA50II. But is it possible to make it run with lower RPMs ? Like with an Ciao you can just change the pulley, is it possible with an Camino ?
