Re: Camino problems

So it won't start now. Suddenly it just stopped. When I'm pedaling now it's like the gears not always make contact or something. It's not "hard" anymore to pedal. Just stopped working after I reassembled the carburetor :-/ But it still sound like there's compression or at least when the ge...

Re: Camino problems

So I got it to start. Though it ran a bit unstable. Couldn't run without full throttle and if I release the throttle it dies. So far so good :-) Couldn't hear or see any differences when I changed the air screw :-( I just tried to turn around the little membrane plate so it's more tight than before(...

What I know I only has to mix oil with fuel? Haven't tried new spark plug yet, going to buy a new one in the comming week. I'...

Re: Camino problems

Thanks for reply gobien. And thank you for the transmission details. I think I have a standard exhaust or at least one that looks like it. I have this one. http://www.mopedspeed.dk/produkter/udstodning/udstodning-honda-camino.htm. I have tried looking for some weights though I haven't found any here...

Re: Camino problems

Oh by the way. I'm not sure if its a PA50I or PA50II. But is it possible to make it run with lower RPMs ? Like with an Ciao you can just change the pulley, is it possible with an Camino ? Maybe by installing this pulley instead of the normal one ? http://www.camino-parts.nl/a-25531147/achterpoelie-m...

Thanks camino_expert

I will surely remember what you have written. And go through it when I'm visiting my friend.

And thanks for the info on the filter. Maybe I should clean the carburetor while I'm there ;-)

Re: Camino problems

Hello GoBieN Thanks for the reply! I will check the cylinder/piston next time I'm visiting my friend. Camino problems

Hello fellow Camino/Hobbit owners. (sorry if the English isn't up yo date) I'm a 28 year old danish military veteran who has the pleasure of having an old Honda Camino (PA50) "not sure about the age". Every year me and a old army buddy and a wood working guy take an road trip on our mopeds...
