Honda nc50 express condenser

I have a 1978 honda nc50 express that has the condenser loose and visible and hanging near the bottom of the carb and manifold and thats easy to spot. on the 1979 express i can not find where the condenser is.. those bikes use the same ignition coil, and i originally though the condenser on the 79 was built in the coil. but if they have the same coil and the 78 also has a visible condenser it would have 2 of them... is there a spot where the actual condenser is on the 79.??? does anyone know the difference between a 78 and 79??
