How do you say "gears" in Dutch?

Post by WisKid »

I am looking for a set of Polini racing gears for my Camino.

Over here in the states they were never imported so any chance I have of find a set would be to dig around the internet, probably in websites that sell second hand items and probably in Dutch or German or French or something.

So I was wondering what you Dutch guys call the Polini or Malossi racing gears that go into the rear hub.

My translate bot gave me the word "toestel" but that didn't turn up any results.

So if anyone could tell me what to search for that would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

malossi/polini vertanding/tandwielen is what we call them here ;)

I won't close this topic for the moment, chances are you'll find someone on this forum with a gear set to willing to ship to the usa

Good luck with your search ;)

Ps, pictures are always very pleasant to see :). Is it actually a camino or the usa version, called a Hobbit?
