How to get 10km/h faster

hi,

my camino with variomatic from France runs 40-45km/h. i want to drive a bit faster, 50-55km/h would be fine.
how would it be most cheap? i'm from germany, it's kind of difficult to find tuning exhaust etc.

My setup is standard.

I would buy the exhaust at mopshop. It looks like original and makes the camino faster.

Than polish the cannels and make the membarane limit a little bit more open.

Than it will go about 60km/h
