How do you take out the carburettor?

Post by fender »

I think my carb is blocked inside (engine does not idle).

Needs then a good clean. How do you go about taking it out as it is under the frame itself?

Any information please?

Thanks.

Loossen the one bolt thats holding you're engine to you're frame. You're engine wil come down now so put something under it. Nou you have some more space to get to the carb

Good luck

In between your engine and your carb there is a little metal thing (don't know the English noun) and you've got to loosen those 4 bolts . When you completed that you can unplug your carb from the metal thing by the 2 little nuts. Now you have only your carb, you loosen the 2bolts that hold the gasoline chamber. Make sure that you don't wreck the little rubber that you see at the edge of the chamber.

I hope you can understand what I've written.
