My Camino Pull Starter! Seilzugstarter!

Post by Waldi1 »

Hello,

Here is my Honda Camino Pull Starter.

I wanted to change my startsystem, because the clutch from the startsystem gets in very early if I thake a higher spring Rate for the engine clutch. :?

So I took a Pocket Bike Pull Starter.
Here is a Video how it workes.

Nice work! Thanks for sharing on this site :-D

I like the way you used the original chrome cap!

Looks a bit like the one I invented some time ago:

BTW: nice exhaust! :-D But don't you get burned legs?

Thank you!

yes, it's true!
Our Pullstarter are much the same.
Does your Pullstarter still work? Or ist the Pocketbike Starter not strong enough?

The exhaust is ok. While driving the exhaust ist not very hot. You can touch it and you will not get burned.

My newest Video with my 100km/h Camino 8)

I sold mine, I believe to Panne001. I remember him saying that he has been using it for about 2 years, and it's still working.

Tahnks!

I hope my pullstarter will also work for min.2years. They are not so expensive, so for all 2 years a new one, ist ok. :-D

My modifications on the Variator:

3 Bill with 8g (measure without the plastic Caps!)
Cut in the Variomatik these windows.
And the rear Variomatik Discs open 31mm (measure on the outside). I was sanding the cone inside the Variomatik, that it open 2mm more.

Athena 70ccm, ZX-R, Dellorto 21mm.

Thats all!

Nice set-up!
You're the evidence that a camino with 3-bil vario can go fast!
We like more pictures and movies.
