Honda Camino PA 50M - Malossi Carburator issue

Post by Stubbi »

Hi all,

As I had many problems to get the Moto running smoothly with the original carburator, I have been told to buy the Malossi one as it would fit plug ´n play.
After several attemps I got it on the motor. As I tried to fit everything together, I recognised that the frame can not be installed to the rear whee as the frame sit on the caborator.
Does anyone of you use this carburator, and can show me same pics how you soved the problem.

Many thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums.
I can't say I'm familiar with a Malossi carburetor for Honda Camino. I know of the original ones, the remakes and the Dell Orto ones.
Maybe camino_expert knows more about this.

hello
i prefer the org keihin ones
to get them good clean is a little bit of work
it all is the problem of long not driven
2 stroke in the carbu gets sticky inside
but i get them just about alle cleaned
and if you got the oldest keihin
grey of collor
you cant get at the stationair jetmain , as the moderner ones

now the malossi is in kit plug and play
aba
as in your problem you best set your camino with hogere feders :!:

the modern sets are wit a choke you have to put on the steering
here are topics of projects that have a delorto put on there camino

du must testen mit wilche jetmain he good drives
the one that is included is to big on the 21 mm delorto's
you can find everything in germany for the delorto carbu's
you also can set a 17.5 delorto etcetera ...
am
www.mopshop.de

a set of jetmains and you can test it
not use the big ones
deleorto is also veru thursty
brauchts fiel benzin(spritz) !

but i'm not a favorit for the delorto's

the keihin org ones as they are good cleaned they run smooth
as the benzin tank is clean
and a real diffirence tgo , it is a lit of commerce
they work thats a fact
but you have to need to set it wright
jetmain has to be the correct one

prestaion contra the org ones
it al depends what cilinder and exhaulst you have

any question just ask

and wilkommen auf onzeren forum
frage am deutsch oder , you chooze in englisch
best regards
marc ;)
