Good news, i got it idling, it was a very small hole about 0,3mm from the idling plug to emulsed tube holder bloked, neede a thin stranded wire to clean, then align the emulsed tube top hole to this one, replace everything...and its ok now...i battle ma @ss for a month thank you guys for persistance...

So it stalls if you release the gas. I got new spark plug and new carb float(the old one was badly damaged) it does not keep the idling , you got keep on acelarating with choke off.

I got the tube out, strip the butterflies off put a screw drive throught the bore and push it down, i marked the position, i donot know if is important.. About the float i manage to find the tiny hole super glue it i will see if it holds. They do sale new ones on the states ebay...the problem is cus...

Hi again. I have stripped the carb again, i miss cleaning the tube inside the jet, but its so tight i just soak with penetrating oil... Original the float was filled with petrol so i have cleaned it but keeps on filling in, so i need a new one. can i buy it in Europe? there are 2 in Usa ebay, but if...

1. That screw must be totaly screwed in. It has to be tight. Sorry but this like a new toy when you kid...but this one does not have a hooter, was thinking of put one in the front where the head light is screwed on, i just need the a push button on the stering wired to the hooter...is there an extra one that i can buy ?
