Stock carb on bigger cylinderkit?

Hello guys!

I have a questiong for all u experts, here in norway there is almost none caminos so hard to get some help.

i have a couple of caminos, all whit full tuning setup,Athena cylinder, 21 carb, proma exhaust, TJT variator,racing gears ect.. they are all fine.but i see alot of ppl drive whit polini 46mm cylinder, proma exhaust and stock carb.
so i recently bought another camino, thinking of not doing the biggest setup on this one, so i bought a polini 46mm cylinder and a proma exhaust. but i cant make it run proply whit the stock carb.. how do u guys make it work? when i bought the polini cylinder it followed whit a jettborr (im not sure about the english word) its a borr u can use to drill up the jet, to make it get more fuel.. but my jet hole was allrdy as big as the borr, and i cant make it run proply, its very unstable when it runs, and it sounds like it doesnt get enough fuel.. so how do u guys do it?

hello caminonorway

its not needed everytime to dril your jetmain

whit a 75 of 78 jetmain it runs fine

what kind of reedvalve do you have a double one of a smaller oene

as you go to big in the jetmais it gets floaded in

as you go as example at 100 off 120 ist turns on stationair rpm oder it gets floated

al jetmais are stil available 72-75-78-80 -75 off 78 is more than enough for a polini 65 cc cilinder

Hello! i made it work, i just had to clean the carb very very good, took it all apart and used air thru every place i found. it doesnt idle very good when its warm, but it works! thanks for the answer

I installed a proma cc and the Polini variomatik with 4.7g and an Hd of 80 at volgass dies. What can I do?

80 is real fast for a moped of 50 kg
and brake cables off 1.8 a 2 mm

check as it runs better whith choke on
maybe clean the carburator
sometimes that is camino

it is maybe he cant get faster ,
what is the complete setup ?

Wie gesagt di Polini Variomatik mit 6 Gewicht. 4,7 Gramm. Und ein proma cc race ausbuff. Und im Vergaser eine Hauptdüse von 80. Nebendüse ist original.

hallo
mit dem gewichts kanst du noch testen um besser resultat
so von 3.5 gr bis 4.5 kanst du testen
ast es am volgass nicht am full fahrt
ist es wiederx dem carbu cleanen
