PX50 'A' restrictions.

Greetings from the UK!

I have a 1985 PX 50 from Belgium. It is a class A type, so limited to 25kph. Can you tell me what is done to restrict it to this speed?

hello
you can change the variopres star at front
you can use on from a honda wallaroo , just amke it hole ti fit on px
and make the exhaulsy hole of the cilinder a litter bigger
of place as example a 65 cc cilinder dr of polini
but the star you need to change to get lower rpms , others you heat the engine so high , that the cilinder goes broken by overheating

this is the fast arrow star from wallaroo ,
as you make the mid hole as px it fits perfect
so can your belt at front getting higher and rear lower so that the vario realy works

the 25 p hous are just for the law and the vario's don't work as they have to do

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I want to keep the bike looking standard, as it's in really good original condition. But I would like a bit more power.

Would fitting a 65cc kit with a wallaroo vario, with everything else as standard be a worthwhile upgrade?

you have to see that its a bowen one as on the foto

the flat ones have no use
tha vario will not work
